Applied to all kinds of pipeline assemblies, small cavity valves and other test pieces; gas cylinders, steel cylinders and other pressure vessels.

1.Equipment Features:
TELIDE HPU-1302 Impulse test bench consists of a hydraulic control cabinet, computer monitoring integrated cabinet, and industrial chiller, based on the design standard for SAE J343, ISO 6803, ISO 6605, MIL A 5503E, PREN 2624, ARP 1383, ISO 6772 and so on. It breaks through the design concept of the existing domestic products, with beautiful appearance, ideal assembling method, compact cabinet structure, and extremely easy to install and use. TELIDE's proprietary design of high temperature and high pressure circulators for test medium meets the requirements of the standard.

2.Software functions and features:
1)Pre-set the pressure test process before the equipment operation, including peak and valley pressure, impulse number, medium temperature, waveform and other related parameters;
2)Adoption of high-frequency data acquisition card and strong anti-interference control and computer registration system;
3)Display pressure curve and temperature curve in real time. Test data is saved in Excel file, convenient to access and store. Generate report of time pressure, temperature and time curve. Equipment, interface, parameters can be changed according to user needs. Pressure unit can be converted timely: MPa-bar-psi.

3.Safety Features:
Emergency stop function; liquid level alarm and over-temperature alarm stop function; open door and stop equipment during test.

1.Impulse waveform
(1)Adopting intelligent hydraulic servo control technology, impulse pressure waveform and impulse number are set arbitrarily within the controllable range.
(2)Pressure test waveform: trapezoidal wave, sine wave, triangular wave.
2.Pressure waveform accuracy
Pressure control accuracy can reach ±2%FS, pressure measurement accuracy can reach ±0.5%FS.
