Control valve and universal valve test bench TC-16
Designed in-house to meet the requirements of ANSI/FCI control valve test standard with air or nitrogen gas. It Is built in horizontal structure with flange type clamping and can control clamping force proportionally to avoid damaging valve body.

1.Can test control valve and shut-off valve.
2.Clamping force increases proportionally with test pressure.
3.Interlock system to avoid pressure relief.
4.Pressure transducers and flow-meters to measure if valve seat leaks.
5.Pressure sensor measures set tightness pressure.
6.Telide software is included in the supply.
